Tailvaro is operated from Campos do Jordão, São Paulo, Brazil, and currently serves customers in the United States through tailvaro.com.

Where will my order ship from?

The products currently offered to U.S. customers are fulfilled through third-party services, including Zendrop, and dispatched from fulfillment facilities in the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Tailvaro currently offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout before purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery is typically estimated at 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping & Fulfillment page for details.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes, when tracking information becomes available it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking can take up to 3 business days after dispatch to begin updating.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days after delivery. The item must meet the eligibility conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and Tailvaro does not charge a restocking fee.

What if an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or video where applicable. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Can I cancel an order?

You can request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order. After processing or fulfillment begins, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Can I use the Fur-Free Roller directly on my pet?

No. The Fur-Free Roller is designed for suitable household fabrics such as sofas, bedding and fabric car seats. Do not use it directly on pets or skin.
